We take your brand very seriously - therefore, compliance is our top priority.  To that end, we have a dedicated group that includes participation/representation from our in-house attorneys and led by a very experienced manager and team.  We determine and examine critical points of all our processes and procedures.  Audits are done, daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. We comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws and Regulations. All associates are provided formal training in these areas.

 We collaboratively work with customers at the time of onboarding to ensure that we are aligned from the beginning.  Access is provided to our reports and call recordings on-demand.  We are constantly monitoring our processes and procedures to ensure compliance.  To ensure that we are always up to date, we review the CFPB, ACA, CCN, NCBA, and other websites daily.
